Does everyone but me put one space after a period? Or question mark. I was always told by every single teacher I had in school who had anything to say about the number of spaces after the end of a sentence that I should put two spaces. Now others tell me that their teachers told them putting two spaces is "cheating." Being told you learned wrong is downright frustrating! Yeah I know, I'm kind of abnormal for fuming about something as trivial as this. And I also acknowledge that I'm just being silly, but having typed two spaces after the end of a sentence for about as long as I have been able to type makes it a really ingrained habit. And now I have reason to break myself of it.

I typically only use one after, but either is acceptable to me.
